Parking is not the best
The staff were really helpful and pleasant Really good electronic swipe keys.
That it was a campus building and essentially the rooms were dormatories with old cupboards old bathrooms no celing lights old radiators in the rooms drafty windows
It was clean the breakfast was second to none, it was very close to the town and the area we needed, I would definatly stay here again

At 8. 50 am there was very little of the cooked breakfast left and the 2 small slices of bacon were tough
Location was good for the conference I was attending. Lounge and bar area was spacious and clean, suitable for catching up with friends. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.
Restaurant wasn't open at the time. Bar meal was tepid when it arrived and the member of staff was visibly annoyed when I asked for another dish that was hot.
Excellent service, good location close to city centre.
Parking is paid for at the nearby Faraday Wharf. This cost me £9.00 for 17:00-05:30, when the advertised fee for a day is £5.00. Perhaps the hotel could negotiate a discounted rate for guests.
Located near to my work only used room so cannot comment on facilities although they all looked superb. I was impressed with herbal tea bags in room 10 out of 10
The sink in my room smelt otherwise no complaints

Booking. The prices advertised through the online service were higher than colleagues paid who rang up in a similar time frame . I wasn't aware of any special rates for which I had to telephone so perhaps the site needs to say that conference delegates should call to check their rate, or it should say that booking online is more expensive if that's the case. I paid more than colleagues who rang you in a similar time period, some of them later than me, for a room of lower standard.
there was no remote in my room, and when i asked for one from reception, i felt like that staff didnt belive me. gentleman came and searched my room to see if iwas telling the truth. i thought that was bit rude.
Staff were pleasant and answered questions. Were able to provide direction and relevant information
Room where I stayed the sealing round bath and shower area had worn Black mould round infected area as result despite shower curtain being placed in the tub, water was evidently leaking elsewhere which caused me to slip slightly when descending bath after a shower One member of staff on duty at breakfast (8/9/12) during the hours which I attended which was 9.20am til 9.50am and had to wait 6 mins for attention to be seated and ended up approaching the 'chef' to get some attention
Short distance from centre of city. Good fit for purpose single room with large single bed was very comfortable with free wi-fi and excellent TV. Good breakfast choice including full english. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful which means a lot when travelling on my own All of the food was lovely. It was nice to see alternatives to drink in the room other than tea or coffee
The bathroom was very small and the floor was not that clean in the corners The signage for the car park was not that great.
