Very friendly and helpful staff
Disappointed to find that the swimming pool was actually in a sports centre in a different building

The location was good and perfect, short walk from old town There was an excellent restaurant at walking distance from the hotel. The room was decent size and beautifully designed, and it had a kettle and an iron that were useful. The breakfast was fine, such variety, with pineapple and also veggie sausages...

The value for money at Hotel At Conference Aston was excellent, with a nice and spacious room. The location was perfect for shopping and exploring bars, and it was very convenient to reach the city center and train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
The only thing that could be improved is the menu for breakfast, as the portions were small and there weren't enough staff to ensure that the food was cooked and served efficiently. Despite this, the overall experience at Hotel At Conference Aston was still very positive.

stayed several times in birmingham, and At Conference Aston really impressed me this time! Great rooms, amazing staff, and a delicious breakfast. Can't fault it on price to quality.
Kettle switch was time-consuming.

The room was clean and comfortable with a modern design. The temperature was just right and the air quality was good. We had a spacious room with enough space for all our belongings. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The receptionist we encountered was extremely helpful and provided great service. The hotel's location was ideal for our needs.
The WiFi required constant logins after being disconnected, which was a bit inconvenient. The room was a bit noisy at night with people outside being loud, but that's to be expected in a bustling campus environment.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. The room was lovely with comfortable beds, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a late-night request for more tea bags, and they were brought to our room promptly. The hotel also provides parking and is conveniently located close to the town. I especially appreciated the secure entry with keycard access. The breakfast was delicious, and the heating in the room was easy to control. The range of drink options in the room was impressive, including chamomile tea and hot chocolate.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
